Boy Dad Club Return & Exchange Policy
Hey Dad, thanks for rolling with the club! Because every single item at Boy Dad Club is custom printed just for you the moment you order it, we operate a bit differently than traditional stores. Printing on demand helps us reduce waste and keep bringing you unique gear.
Because of this custom process, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders (except where required by law, detailed below).

Size Exchanges (USA & Worldwide)
Ordered the wrong size? We want you looking your best, so we will gladly process a one-time exchange per order for a different size of the exact same item.

Timeline: You must contact us at hello@boydadclub.com within 14 days of your delivery date to request a size exchange.

Condition: Items must be in the exact same condition you received them—unworn, un unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.

UK & European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
By law, if your merchandise is being shipped into the UK or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Condition: As above, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers returning items under the UK/EU cooling-off period are strictly responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

To initiate a UK/EU return, contact us at hello@boydadclub.com for instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, & Wrong Items
If we messed up, we will fix it immediately at zero cost to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

You must include your Order Number and a clear photo showing the defect or damage.

Once verified, we will immediately print and ship a replacement to you at no extra charge. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
We absolutely cannot accept returns or refunds on:

Sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Custom, highly personalised, or bespoke orders.

Items sent back to us without a prior approved return request.
Refunds (Approved UK/EU/Defective Returns Only)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved based on the item's condition.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@boydadclub.com.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Do not send items back to the address on your shipping label—that is a third-party printing facility and your package will be lost, resulting in no exchange/refund!
