Boy Dad Club Shipping Policy

Hey Dad! Because every item at Boy Dad Club is custom-made, printed, or embroidered specifically for you the moment you place your order, our shipping timeline is split into two parts: Production Time and Delivery Time.

By processing our gear on demand, we reduce waste and ensure top-tier quality—but it does mean your items take just a little longer to reach your doorstep!

Part 1: Production & Processing Time

Before your order leaves our facility, it must be custom-manufactured.

  • Standard Production Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 working days for our team to source, print/embroider, inspect, and package your order.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday periods (e.g., Father's Day, Christmas), custom production can take up to 10 working days before dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM BST will begin their production cycle the following working day.

Part 2: Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Once your custom gear is printed and leaves our production floor, it enters the courier network. Shipping timeframes below apply after the 5-7 working day production window is complete.

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom:

    • Next-Day Tracked Delivery: £4.99 | FREE on orders £65.00+

  • 🇪🇺 European Union:

    • Standard International (Tracked): €14.99 (3-5 business days) | FREE on orders €110.00+

  • 🇺🇸 USA & International:

    • Standard International (Tracked): $23.99 (5-7 business days) | FREE on orders $120.00+

Tracking Your Order

The moment our printing facility dispatches your order into the courier network, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent straight to your inbox. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Address Corrections & Delivery Liability

  • Check Your Address: We print and ship automatically based on the exact information entered at checkout. Boy Dad Club is not responsible for items that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our printer because of a bad address, the customer will be responsible for covering the secondary reshipping costs.

  • Courier Delays: All delivery timeframes are estimates provided directly by third-party couriers. Once a package is marked as shipped and enters the courier network, liability for transit speeds and delivery outcomes transfers to the shipping provider. We are not liable for weather delays, customs hold-ups, or local courier disruptions.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple different types of apparel, they may occasionally finish production at slightly different times. If this happens, we will ship out completed items as soon as they are ready so you aren't left waiting, which means your order might arrive in separate packages.
